A Southern gal who grew up along the Florida west coast, she spent over seventeen years writing life-saving application software for a computer graphics company in northern Alabama. She currently lives on the West Coast and spends her time (when not writing) cheering on her favorite football and softball teams, quilting, and trying out new vegan recipes.
Her venture into the thriller genre was inspired in no small part by several of her favorite authors, Michael Connelly, Lee Child, and David Baldacci. In addition to thrillers she enjoys interesting non-fiction, literary fiction and a good cozy mystery now and again. A favorite playwright is August Wilson and she confesses a love of those old, decadent Southern stories spun by the likes of Faulkner.
Legacy 627 is her debut novel.
