Carol J. Megge graduated with an MLA degree from Valparaiso University in Indiana a long time ago. After a career as a teacher of French, Japanese, and English, she has been an inveterate traveler and a novice writer. Having enjoyed three month stays in Turkey, France, and Japan, and visits to China and Egypt, she has stories to tell. Passion and curiosity have been her occasional downfall, as well the prod to make her a writer. Her stories are romances in the widest sense of the word. The risks of adventurous fights against man and nature permeate her novels and these are the situations that make her characters grow.

Megge learned the basics of writing from reading and from other published writers, such as those in her local chapter of Romance Writers of America, and the Florida Chapter of the Historical Novel Society. Her writer friends have mentored, coddled and encouraged her. She loves trying to pass on the wisdom of her age to whomever might take it. She welcomes your thoughts whether deep or shallow at her website, Writers and World Views.
